Unlike conventional RF microneedling systems, Sylfirm X has both Continuous Wave and Pulsed Wave therefore capable of treating pigmented and vascular lesions such as melasma and diffuse redness, as well as skin rejuvenation and scarring. In addition, dual wave is subdivided into 8 different modes, which can be customised to individual patients, taking into account the indications and skin conditions to provide a delicate, precise and bespoke treatment. 

  • The purpose of radiofrequency microneedling is to heat up the dermis and deeper skin tissue, and in so doing, direct the formation of new collagen to try to improve skin laxity.
